We are a community-based construction company that is focussed on giving opportunities for men to rebuild their lives after recovery. Based in Hannibal, Missouri, we serve the unique construction needs of homes, farms, businesses, and communities with a wide range of services. How We Started
With a pure mission
Inspiring Construction was first conceived with a unique vision in 2010 by CEO and Founder, Tim Oberbeck. As a man in recovery from substance abuse himself at Heartland, Tim was on a mission to give back to his local community the best way he knew how: Through building, problem-solving, and connecting with men who were also looking to make a difference. By 2019, Tim’s vision became a reality. Launching Inspiring Construction, Tim and his men have been able to give all they have to their community in Hannibal, Missouri. From residential to commercial work and everything in between, each project gives the Inspiring Construction team a reason to push the limits of construction, learn from their past mistakes, trust in God's process, and positively affect the community.
